i appreciated the convenient parking just outside the building. the room size was good and it include amenities. staff was helpful with all questions i had. the bed gave me a comfortable night sleep, i felt grateful.

the shower screen not prevent water from splashing onto the bathroom floor a bit. it was very minor.

the room was generally nice it met my basic needs for a place to sleep.

i was pretty frustrated there were no staff present i found a broken chair with no instructions on how to report it this made resolving the issue impossible also there were no fire escape instructions in the room which i think is a real safety concern the kitchenette had only a single cooking element stored in a cupboard making it nearly useless for actual cooking.

The room was clean and had comfortable beds meeting my basic needs for a short stay.

I found the stairs to be quite narrow especially when carrying luggage. This made access difficult. There was also no reception area and I did not see any staff. This felt unwelcoming and impersonal. The breakfast arrangement at the hotel across the road was not properly confirmed causing confusion.

the room had lovely decor. there was a beautiful garden. the space felt very comfortable. i appreciated the room size and the provided facilities. free parking was included which was quite convenient. i would definitely consider returning here for another visit.

the towel rail in the bathroom was loose. it was slightly wobbly and was to be hanging down. the shower felt a bit small, feel slightly claustrophobic, though toiletries were plentiful.
